Michael Riley

Production Support Services Director

Michael Riley is the Production Support Services Administrator for the Louisiana Office of Technology Services, where he leads enterprise initiatives that deliver technology solutions to state agencies. With more than 28 years of experience in public sector IT leadership, Michael has guided critical projects that enhance efficiency, security, and innovation across government operations. Michael is committed to strengthening the technology foundation that enables Louisiana’s agencies to better serve their citizens. Michael earned both his Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
