Project Lifecycle

Product Delivery (PD) helps with initiation, planning, management, and delivery of information technology products and services, from small scale initiatives to large scale modernization projects requested by customer agencies. PD helps customers bridge the gap between technology and business process improvement. Business analysts, project managers, designers and software developers are on staff to assist with projects from initiation to closure in requirements gathering, project planning, coordination, procurement, contracts, implementation, testing, training, and production roll out.

Lines of service are billed directly to the agency after the end of each month and are based on consumption/usage levels at the specified unit rate.

All new project requests for a Product Delivery line of service should be made through the Project Initiation Form by the customer agency requesting software development project services and in cooperation with the OTS Agency Relationship Manager.
