Tom Allsup is a technology and business leader with over 25 years of IT consulting and leadership experience. He spent nearly a decade in the military including two combat tours and a private sector consulting career covering many different industries including heavy equipment manufacturing, legal, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, petrochemical, and public sector services before joining Office of Technology Services in 2016 to make a difference in the lives of Louisiana citizens. Holding over a dozen technical certifications, he has filled IT positions including Deputy CTO, Enterprise Governance Architect, Director of Delivery, Director of Field Operations, Senior Consultant, InfoSec team leader, Network Engineer, Systems Analyst, and Project Manager. He specializes in Service Delivery, IT Governance, Lean IT, and Agile methodologies. As the Director of Agency Relationship Management, Tom and his team work to enable agency business goals with the use of technology.
