Joe Lee serves as Director of Data Center Operations for the State of Louisiana’s Office of Technology Services (OTS). He oversees statewide infrastructure services and data center operations, including facilities, servers, storage, mainframe, cloud, and database operations. Prior to the formation of OTS, Joe managed the consolidation of email services, Statewide Email, among many agencies. With extensive experience in enterprise IT, Joe has led major initiatives to consolidate and modernize Louisiana’s technology infrastructure environment, ensuring high performance, secure, reliable, and cost-effective services for state agencies and citizens. Joe earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Northeast Louisiana University, now called ULM.
