Eric Cloud serves as End User Computing Director for the State of Louisiana’s Office of Technology Services (OTS). In this role, he oversees statewide end user technology services, ensuring that agencies have secure, reliable, and cost-effective tools to support their daily operations. With extensive public sector technology experience, Eric is committed to delivering innovative solutions that improve government efficiency and enhance services for Louisiana’s citizens. He holds both a Bachelor of Science (1996) and a Master of Business Administration (2004) from Louisiana State University.
